What I'm doing now

I'm productionizing my kids bank system. It's a RPi Pico based solution that uses RFID cards as bank cards, so they can store their money someplace. I've been running it for a few months, and it's been working well, so it's time to shake off the prototype vibe. I'll publish the instructions and repo over the next few weeks.

I'm also upgrading my kitchen dashboard with Home Assistant, and creating a Home Assistant-powered jukebox.

At work, I've been helping deliver the first version of an application for a client. CDK, GitHub, that sort of thing. I've also been doing a lot of work in the AI space, helping to improve Slalom's Cursor rules and MCP server integrations, to accelerate delivery teams.
