Buy a RetroPi Game Console

A few months ago, I published an article explaining how to build your own RetroPi game console. Since then, I’ve tried and tested the best controllers, heatsinks, cases, and images to find the perfect combination of hardware and software – and now I’m selling my favourite setup as a bundle.

Option 1 – The Premium Option

This is my preferred setup, and uses the fastest and most capable Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, two wireless controllers (that you can also use with your iOS/Android devices), and cooling hardware to make sure that your Pi doesn’t overheat during those marathon gaming sessions. The 128GB micro SD card is large enough to store thousands of games.

What’s in the package?

  • 1 x Raspberry Pi 3 Model B
  • 1 x 128GB Micro SD Card
  • 2 x GameSir Wireless Controller
  • 1 x Raspberry Pi case, heatsink and fan
  • 1 x HDMI cable
  • 1 x Power pack

£125 (+ £5.99 P&P)

Option 2 – The Budget Option

Ok, so you’re not made of money. This is essentially the same great package as above, but with budget controllers (they’re still pretty good though!) and a smaller micro SD card.

What’s in the package?

  • 1 x Raspberry Pi 3 Model B
  • 1 x 64GB Micro SD Card
  • 2 x ZD-V+ Wired Controllers
  • 1 x Raspberry Pi case, heatsink and fan
  • 1 x HDMI cable
  • 1 x Power pack

£90 (+ £5.99 P&P)

Option 3 – The Bare Bones Option

You’ve already got some controllers, a micro SD card, and an HDMI cable, and just want the bare bones package? Sure…

What’s in the package?

  • 1 x Raspberry Pi 3 Model B
  • 1 x Raspberry Pi case, heatsink and fan
  • 1 x Power pack

£45 (+ £5.99 P&P)
